So have you ever found yourself in a place of judgement because something did not happen how you thought it should?

So I have had many people make appointments and not keep them for whatever reason, some being as simple as “I forgot,” “that is too far away”, or “I cannot afford it.” The other thing that happens is they simply “no showed” with no text or phone call. It really sucks to say the least.

I have found that I tend to make judgements about myself and have a ton of negative talk in my head when things do not go as planned. I have realized that I have made a ton of stories up in my head about me.

Do you do the same thing? Do you make stories up about your worth because of something outside of your control?

If no, that is amazing. Keep it up. So if yes, I have a suggestion.

Do you want it? Will you do it? Change takes action….WILL YOU DO IT?

So if the answer is yes I would suggest you get out all that negative self talk, beliefs, and judgements out on paper ASAP. Go now and get it out. Next I would write a story in the positive, basically opposite all the negative stuff you just wrote. Go into great detail about what you do want. Then either burn, shred, tear, or stomp on the paper with the negative story. Lastly read out loud your new story every night. Even better record it in your own voice and repeat as you go to bed.

Now watch what happens over the next month on getting your new result. Be consistent and reap the rewards!
